Citrus Sunshine Orange Marinade

Oranges and pork are a very unexpected match made in heaven, but I love the citrusy element this brings to these grilled pork steaks. Here is a lovely recipe I created on a hot summers day with juicy Valencian oranges. From my barbecue to yours, enjoy!

Ingredients for this marinade caters for approximately 6 pork Steaks.

Simply mix all together and let your pork steaks rest in this marinade overnight or at least for 2-3 hours then grill away!
